AEMET doesn't warn by resort but by warning zone, which groups municipalities. Each resort sits in the zone its location falls in, and a warning covers that whole zone, not only the slopes.
Thresholds change from zone to zone: in mountain zones a yellow snow warning needs more snow than in the lowlands. So compare resorts within the same zone, not just the number of warnings.

Is a snow warning good news for skiing?
Partly: a snow warning is a forecast of heavy snowfall in the zone, so it usually brings fresh snow. But it can also close access roads and require chains, and with wind it can stop the lifts. Check the resort's report and the roads before going up.
This isn't a snow report: it counts the warnings AEMET issued in each resort's zone in past seasons. A warning is a forecast that a threshold will be crossed in the zone, not damage or the snow that fell.
