Write to us at [email protected]. We read every email and reply as soon as we can, usually within a few days. Spanish or English, whichever you prefer.
Before you write
Climaviso is not an official or emergency service, and it is not affiliated with AEMET. For the warnings in force right now, check aemet.es. In an emergency, call 112.
What to write to us about
- Data that looks wrong. If a town shows up in the wrong zone, or a day doesn't match what you remember, tell us the town, the date and what you expected to see. We check it against the warning archive.
- Your account and email alerts. Trouble signing in, stopping alerts, or deleting your account and your data (more in Privacy). Write from your account's email address.
- Press and outreach. Figures for an article, a map or a comparison between places. You can quote our figures by crediting Climaviso, and AEMET as the author of the warnings.
- Town halls, universities and projects. Warning history for a climate adaptation plan or a study: see Adaptation projects and get in touch.
- Commercial use. Personal use is free. To use the data or the maps in a product or service, ask for a licence.
What Climaviso is
The history of AEMET's official bad-weather warnings (yellow, orange and red), day by day, for every town and warning zone in Spain. A warning is a forecast, not damage; a zone is not a building. More in About Climaviso.
